This program is designed specifically for adults of all ages. This unique martial
art combines cardiovascular exercises together with flexibility and core strength
training, providing a fat-burning workout while building muscular strength.
Our teaching emphasis
1. Straight forward and realistic self defence applications that work.
2. Encourage a high level of fitness, health and flexibility.
3. Implements all facets of both traditional and modern Taekwondo.
4. Provides a healthy interest and passion outside of daily life.
There are two different programs available
to students
from age 18 - 60

The Kicks Sparring Program
Adult Yellow to Black
Tuesday 5.45 - 7.30pm
